Yeah I got a thing in the mail that was like "you need to schedule your PAT blah blah" but on MyChart and the list of appointments I got in an email it says PAT is scheduled sooooo idk. I was gonna call Monday. -

I have a dumb question but I'm really worried about it. It makes me shallow and I feel bad about it but... Will the skin of my double chin get saggy like the rest of my body? I can handle the rest of my body because I can cover it up but not my face. :-/ -

I'm pre op and feel pretty alone. I have surgery scheduled May 10th. No one wants to talk about it. "That's months away". No it's not. It's in 5 freaking, fracking, mother fudging weeks!! -
Be careful with premier protein. I love them but they use a protein blend and not a whey protein.

So glad the diuretic is working! They still need to figure out WHY this was happening though. Make sure they figure it out. Mine was due to impaired kidney function with the infection. I assume it's the same for him. Just it affects people more than others. -
I'm in. I'm 288 right now, but will weigh again on Monday. I'm having surgery May 10th so I'm hoping by May 30th I'll be around 260. Thanks!!

I used to drink premier protein but it has a protein blend so I switched to trying unjury. Unjury is awesome.

I've been on everything out there but have not had Wellbutrin. I deal with a lot of grief in my line of work. Just last week a client of mine died of a drug overdose. I took it way too hard to just have been his counselor so I've had to explore those feelings. Just keep at it. It gets better.

I love chocolate chip cookie dough Quest bars. I was disappointed in the Cookies and cream but it was ok. I recently got a blueberry one in yogurt. I'm trying it tomorrow. My husband got the strawberries and cream. Man sometimes I just need something other than chocolate and vanilla.
