I was in the shower and was deeply thinking and a thought came across to me that I'm having a hard time answering. Where does fat go when it's lost? Does it break up? Does it just go poof? Do we store it some where? Do we poop it out? Another one was what are they going to do with my stomach? Throw it away? Make hand puppets? I guess things I can ask my surgeon.

Oh Caresource of Ohio. I work with them daily as that's the insurance almost all my clients have. So many problems. Good luck to you. Document everything and keep copies.

My surgeon told me today 2 preferably 3 weeks. As long as I'm not on pain meds and tolerating water and protein well.

Dr. Thompson was ok. He's not really a jokester, kind of serious sooo we didn't really hit it off lol. I got a smirk out of him when I said the fundus (stretchy part of your stomach) is no fun. But I guess he's a surgeon and needs to be serious lol. I did get to see Ivan today due to my test results so that was fun. Dee said she'd send in my insurance info after I get my sleep study, so in a few weeks. Then we wait. (And see what they say about my labs).

I got mine from QVC like 8 years ago lol.

So I saw my surgeon. He said it can be a false positive but he's afraid that the insurance may deny me because of it. I'm doing a retest though. I'm just not going to worry about it. I didn't do it so that's the truth despite what that test said. I talked to some people they said some times the insurance makes you do classes and/or be negative for 6 months before they will do anything. If that's case I'll be disappointed but as long as I can still attain my goal of having surgery and losing weight I'll be ok.

Oh my gosh. It needs to get cold so I can make Chili.

I didn't know that being on protein shakes and eating 4 ounces of high protein food every 3 hours and then breaking it yesterday and having chicken nuggets would make me this sick today. I feel awful!!

I meet Dr. Thompson today for my surgery consult.

There's not many out there. Sometimes at a restaurant when I don't want Water, I can get Light Pink Lemonade but what else is there? Unsweetened tea I guess. Is it weird if I get a water and add Crystal Light to it? What do you drink when you don't want water?

This will be the first thanksgiving without grandpa who pretty much raised me. I don't know what I'm going to do this year. My surgery is tentatively scheduled for that week and I wonder what my family will say about it. Knowing he'd say to just screw them all and focus on me.

I had a food funeral for Wendy's today too. It wasn't even all that good. Kind of a waste. I didn't even eat the fries. I ate like 7 chicken nuggets.

Mine was too. Had to give that up.

I'd like to add another. Go into a Halloween store and get any costume I see and not go to the back of the store with the plus size velvet dresses to be a witch or a medieval princess or sown thing stupid.

Sorry I was not clear. I go out with my friends or co workers and have a protein shake before and order nothing at all. I'm pre op. Those protein shakes make me very thirsty though.

I can't wait to fit in a bathroom stall and .... do all I need to do in there. I can't wait to fly again. I can't wait to shop at Old Navy again.

I'm having a food funeral right now. Me and my co worker always go to Wendy's on the third Tuesday of the Month for lunch. Right now I'm mourning the loss of Wendy's chicken Nuggets and Frosty. But actually since I've been doing the pre-pre-op diet this is not as tasty as I remember. :-/ I'm probably not even going to eat it all. Especially not the fries. Meeeh.

I miss Central Kentucky. I miss Ramsey's. I miss good food. I'm also bummed I'll probably not have Ramsey's ever again.

I think she is projecting her own fears onto you. Or as I have seen in a few clients of mine, people may lose the weight but there is still an insecure fat girl inside and that's how she is expressing it. Just some thoughts based on the 3 sentences provided lol.
