Maurice's is super nice. My sister in law just took my shopping there yesterday for my birthday!

I had an epidural nerve block thing for my rotator cuff surgery. The doctor said I should be well managed with Tylenol and ibuprofen after surgery. Everything was great until about 14 hours later when it all wore off and I was screaming in pain! Any time j moved my arm or head or shoulder it felt like I was ripping my arm out of its socket. It was awful. I had to call the doctor for prescription pain pills the next day.

I'm pre op and my husband is such a bastard sometimes I'm not sure how things will go after surgery. I can't even talk about how mad I am right now. It's the night before my birthday. You spend all day with your family (I'm not invited) then you're too tired to go out with me?????!!!!! Then he fell asleep at 9:30 after he said he'd watch a movie with me. This is just one of at least 10 things he's done JUST THIS WEEK and I let a lot of shit go because it's just not worth it anymore. I'm tired of being mad and upset and feeling left out and second best. I'm tired of it. I'm going to start being happy without him. I hope you find a way to make yourself happy.

Oh I do have something to add. I was a D cup in high school. My back hurt all. the. time.

I have nothing to add but my spine surgeon is total tool as well. I can't stand him. That's why I'm getting surgery. To avoid having to see him for more surgeries. Ugh.

I couldn't get the mirena placed due to pain. So now I'm back on the pill. Blegh. I was kind of distressed.

That's what I drink from fountain soda machines at restaurants. We have it at work too in case something crazy happens. I'm still pre op.

I bought mine off the rack and David's. It was discounted from 900 to 150. I loved it. I had time so I had the zipper back taken out and they put in a corset back. I got it about 6 months before my wedding. The corset back worked out due to weight fluctuation.

After drinking shakes and eating a little bit of food through out the day I don't even get hungry. It's that head hunger. It's crazy. I'm about to try hypnotism. Lol.

I just talked to my team yesterday. We were shooting for 11/23 but now they don't think I'll make it. Blegh. That week would have been perfect because I'm already off 3 days for thanksgiving.

I don't know what's up with me. I was soooo excited and soooo into this pre op process and ready to go with such enthusiasm!!!! Now I'm dreading doctor visits and I'm so hungry!! Today was a bad day on my diet. I went to Starbucks had a mocha and an egg and sausage sandwich for Breakfast. A cup of chili for lunch and nothing for dinner because of all the food I ate. Now I just feel hopeless. Maybe it's because I've been sick and on the period from hell or hormones or something I don't know. I'm just blaaah about it all.

I always always always feel like crap after I cheat. Both physically and mentally. I don't think it's worth it anymore.

I wish I had advice but I'm a little overwhelmed too and my surgery isn't for another 7 weeks. I guess just listen to your body. It knows what it wants. Are you taking Vitamins and supplements?

My surgery is supposedly Nov. 23rd that's what we're shooting for. The doctor just told me try eating 4 ounces of high Protein food, or Protein shakes and bars every 3 hours. I'm replacing two meals with protein shakes currently. I've lost about 6 or 7 lbs since last month. Thanks guys. I think I was having a panic attack or something. I feel a little better after some sleep. That feeling of "screw it. This is stupid. I'm not doing it" scared me a lot. I'm going to get back on track today and not worry about everybody else. I may take myself to a movie and shopping at goodwill for my birthday lol.

Now I'm crying because I'm so hungry and it's midnight so I can't make anything and I don't want a protein bar.

Also I turn 30 on Sunday and I told everyone not to get me anything and I didn't really want to do anything special or make a big deal about it. Now I regret that. Because now we aren't doing anything. Not like my friends would show up anyway. Lately people have been MIA. Maybe it's because I'm having the surgery. And that's all I talked about. Maybe it's because I wouldn't eat out with them this month. I feel so alone.

After a failed mirena insertion attempt I would have murdered someone for a brownie yesterday. x.x

Ok, this is like a 3 part question. I'm pre op and drinking Protein shakes as Meal Replacements for 2 meals currently. I drink a Protein shake and get super thirsty so then I drink Water. Am I just flushing out the protein shake or diluting it? Should I wait to drink water after drinking a shake? Do Protein Shakes count as a liquid for Fluid intake after surgery? Thanks so much!

I love fair life. It's all the milk I drink now. I had regular milk after a few weeks of fair life/soy milk and got really sick.
