Don't feel bad. I can't wipe my own butt. I had to stop wearing tampons years ago. Try peeing in a cup lol. It's so gross. Oh as for pads. Use depends pads and/or underwear. Works fabulous!! -
My doctor told me the fat is why I'm so "tight" and he had trouble seeing my cervix for the Mirena insertion.

Ask for what you need. I work at a drug rehab. I also go to a pain clinic and am in and out of hospitals due to chronic pain from a spinal injury. I just tell them when I need more. I've never been accused of drug seeking. It's all in our heads in my opinion. -

I'm getting a little anxious. We're shooting for my surgery to be nov 23rd but the sleep center hasn't called to set up me getting the home equipment. IF I have sleep apnea I need to get a lab test and THEN wear the cpap for a month. I don't think we're going to make it. -
I fear this after surgery. I'm already one of those always cold people. Maybe I'll go the other way and be hot all the time lol.

I just tried the crystal lite pure strawberry kiwi.... It has a really funny after taste. I don't suggest it. I'm pre op.

Stalls are normal I hear. Keep hydrated. Maybe the weight is from muscle now and not fat since you work out so much. Keep up with protein to satisfy you. Remember why you did this when you're faced with foods that got you to that point. -
I"m the opposite. I HOP my summer clothes fit me next year lol. I have super cute 1x tops but I'm a 3x now. I keep hearing I'll be even smaller than that next summer if I get my surgery in November as planned. We'll see. I HOP??? Is that a fruedian slip? I meant I HOPE
