It happened to me. My Blood pressure was to low. Called the Doctor and he told me to have some chicken broth. It helped and never happened again.

Hi! So I'm excited yet so nervous I'm about to start the purée stage of my program. I received a week by week packet but it is very vague. I know a lot of it is a gamble because everyone is different, but I'm looking for suggestions on things and brands you may have tried during this period. On my list is said yogurt, puréed soup, scrambled eggs, and cottage cheese. Any advice anyone would like to share would be greatly appreciated!! ????????????

Hi! I am one of those who always chewed gum or had tic tacs on hand. Does anyone know if I can still have a Tic Tac every now and then?? Or is that a big no no? I just like to have fresh breath lol

You are not alone!! We must have had surgery around the same day. I have been feeling the same way!! The only difference is that I have always had anxiety. I worry about everything and I find myself so emotional. Sometimes it just feels good to cry and get it out! We went through so much and it's a new journey for us. I worry about getting my protein in because I can't fit nearly the amount they suggest!! I have my appointment with the doctor tomorrow so of course I'm going to mention all of this because that's how I have felt too, but really I'd have to agree from what I have heard its normal.

Hi, I had surgery on Friday the 11th and I've been experiencing back pain on my right side. Did this happen to anyone else?

Thanks for replying back ???? I did call the doctors office and they said it is normal to have back pain. If there is any shortness of breath then it could be something serious. But thankfully it's just the pain and no other symptoms.
