IM having My lap Band in Musgrove Park Hospital AND IM under the care of Dr Noble. Anyone who had their lap Band fitted by him before? -
Butterfly40 Your GP can prescribe a dissolvable medications for you on the 1st 6 weeks post op so go ask .

Hi starosen, I got banded ON the 22nd and lost 7 kilos so far, a Bit slow . Doing great too.

I'm just a bit nervous and at the same time excited for this big change. Atm I'm struggling with my liver shrinking diet. Any tips pls? Anyone who had their op here in the UK at Musgrove Park Hospital ? That's where I'm having mine done .Thanks ????

All done now @Bandista. Everything went well thank god. A bit achy but tolerable. Been doing my laps too, perhaps the gas will let me know that it's still around tomorrow but so far so good. Thanks for the words of encouragement guys ???????? -

Thank you and I hope that shoulder pain will be gone soon. That's probably just gas pains. Thrush problems , that can be resolved with clotrimazole cream or fluconazole tablet. All the best @byebyefats .
