Hi my op is on wed , I'm really scared now and I feel this weeken has felt like he first few days of the liquied diet again it's been so hard maybe coz I know I only got mon and tues To go , how you doing ?

Oh no really, well I really wish you well , if ever we need a speedy recovery, it's now ???? , I still feel pants but as long as I am not blocked up and can't breathe, im going to see if it Go's unnoticed, I think I'm over the worst though ????????????

I wouldn't be jealous of slimfast there horrible except coffee latte but you can't have 5 of them a day for 2 weeks the rest you can tast the iron and vitamins in them ????????????

Don't know about you guys but this is the hardest thing I have every had to do to my self , if any ever says it's an easy way out they had better hope I'm in a good mood that day lol

Wow really , so would a black coffee help , I'm aloud that but can't add milk , I think it's a cold though my son had it last week I tryed everything not to catch it but knew I probably would.

Hi mine is a liver shrinkage diet, I'm on 5 slimfast a day but can only manage to fit in 4 in ,the 5th makes me feel sick and 2 leters of liquid, finding it a struggle and top it off got the worst cold in years , and not sure what I can take any one know, worried that if it doesn't go they might not operate ????

Hi my date is also 29sep , I'm on liquids only and in the UK ,I wish I could just munch on a carrot or something ???????? I'm sooo hungry
