Hi my name is Lily and I feel like Ive been overweight my forever. I dont ever remember feeling or looking thin. I am a single mom with a seven year old amazing beautiful little girl. I so badly want to make her proud and teach her anything is possible. I want her to be healthy and always feel good about herself. But more importantly I want to teach her by example. I have struggled and tried everything and this year Iam going to be 50 years old. I want to have the gastric sleeve and I would love to start 2016 with a second chance on life. I want to feel good about me and stop running away from every mirror. I cant remember the last time I actually looked at my self without feeling disgusted. Im tired of being me in this body. So I pray that this surgery will give me the restart button I need to fianlly get the food right. Really seeing what my body actually needs to eat. Hopefully stop letting food control me. Anyway right now Iam going thru the six month clearance phase and I cant wait to actually get a surgery date. I hope that I do without any issues. I hope Iam able to share my experiences Post Op !
