Needing more sugar free ice pop options. Been to about 5 store and they both carry the same 2 brands/ flavors. Tired of them. Can yet to have red colored one as I am only 1 week out. Thank you

My sleeve was also 12/7. Was in hospital for 4 days due to nausea. Home now though. Belly and insistions sore. Otherwise good. Hope u are doing better. -

I am December 7th. On 2nd week of pre op diet- 3 shakes a day- all I can eat raw veggies- 1 sf jello- 1 non fat yogurt and 3oz fruit. A bit rough but will be worth it. -

Took for like 2 months and lost around 30 pounds. Began having horrible heart palpitations and felt weak as if I was going to pass out. Stopped it and gained it all back plus 5 #'s. -
