OMG Congrats on the new and old weight lose!!! ( And the baby) -
I am looking for suggestions on a GREAT eye cream! What do you use? Have you found a really awesome product? Miracle in a jar would be a great find <laughing> Yes the crows feet and wrinkles are an issue but I have noticed in the last year I have my mothers eyes! Puffy, circles, just plain old. I have tried many things and some work ok some don't. I was curious if ya'll have found something that you really like! Thanks so much!

Your welcome Hope it all works out for you!

For dark circles Avon has a product called " Lighten Up". My husband has horrid dark circles and when I could get him to use it, it was a noticeable improvement. But that was short lived seeing as he's a man yadda yadda yadda lol

Btw~ I looked up Clindamycin in the 2008 "Pharmacy's Red Book" and it is not listed as a med. that can not be chewed, crushed, or opened <shrug> But as always check
-
Clindamycin does come in a liquid form. If your pharmacy did not have it in stock they should be able to order it for you (most cases it's in the next day) I know the adult dose comes in 150 mg or 300 mg per capsule. Looks like the suspension is 10 mg/ml, Lordie you would have to take a mess load! Well bless your heart the option is there if you want to look into it. IJPC Abstract: Clindamycin 10-mg/mL Oral Suspension Clindamycin Suspension facts and comparsions at Drugs.com Good-Luck!!

I just wanted to share something I found that is so yummy, good for you and filling! Fage Total 0% Greek Yogurt. It is heavy so it is filling and it only has 90 calories and zero fat. 15 grams of Protein. This is "plain" yogurt but better then any other brands I have tried. I either add a splenda and or some fresh fruit to it. You could even add sugarless jam I suppose. Here's the web site : http://www.fageusa.com/home.html It's worth checking out! :biggrin2:

The puffiness is what makes me the craziest! Looking tired even when I have slept. I will be looking into all of these. Thanks for sharing!

Anyone who said this doesn't hurt=lies!
Laurinda replied to ahsem2bme's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Yes everyone is different. I had no pain, I was just a little uncomfortable getting in and out of the recliner. I was VERY tired. I would exhaust easy. I know with surgery gas pain is a concern. I had none with this one but when I had my second child (c-section) The gas pain was horrible !!! -
Congrats and good-luck to you!!!!

Hey there and welcome to the board! This is a great place to learn all kinds of things to help you out! Has for such a long care ride home bless your heart just bring everything you can to make yourself comfy. Pillows, blankets. If you are waiting three days to travel home hopefully it won't be to band. I know of many on here that went to Mexico to have this done and flew home right away! Good-luck to you! -
Congrats!! Good-luck to you!

What to do While Waiting
Laurinda replied to sistasassy's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
Just keep following up with both the insurance company and the doctor's office, and get names and dates! I fell into a crack of sorts and got lost in the shuffle of waiting for approval longer then you care to know. Stay on top of it! On the up side, When I finally did got my band I was sooo happy with the results and it is worth the wait! Patience my dear (and follow up <wink>) Good-Luck to you -
