It's my second day on my liquid diet (which is for 7 days) & I am struggling [emoji20] Lord please give me strength [emoji120]???? I was cooking for my kids a hamburger helper and totally ate 3-4 spoons of it and then I realized what I had done. I feel so bad did I just screw up !?!??

I hear you I myself is having a super hard time [emoji53]

Yeah I hate broth to be honest so I am also doing the shakes and jello haven't tried the Popsicles yet [emoji24]

I Also never thought I'd have a problem with the broth I threw up all the first day any recommendation on which to try ?

@@Elode not at the moment [emoji58] that's why I feel like it's so hard I did great the 1st day but it was the 2nd day where I slipped not so bad but I did. I already got back on track this morning hope these days go by quick and I survive lol surgery day is February 24th

@@MollyF22 thanks you and you are right I shall just continue and be brave It's for a week thank god and thanks I did feel better I just hang in there and get through this

Hello everyone I am 26 years CW 266lbs & 5'2 and getting sleeved February 24, 2016 and looking for support and buddies to share experiences and learn tips from each other ????

Ok guys so I made a mistake I didn't ask for instructions exactly on how to do the liquid diet I start tomorrow they gave me the list of things that I need which is broth, sugar free jello, sugar free Popsicles, water, Atkins shakes... But I don't know exactly if there's an order or how many hellos can I have and all that if someone can help me with some advice please I'd appreciate it very much. I called my dietitian but she is on vacation and didn't get the answers I needed. Thank you in advance ????
