139.2! Smashed my goal I have no idea why my body suddenly kicked into high gear during this challenge, being so close to goal and after barely budging for 6 weeks, but I'll take it! Upped my protein more, and started running again last week so I'm thinking that has something to do with it. I'm happy either way. Sent from my SM-G935V using the BariatricPal App -

Any Oct 6 Sleevers out there?

I surpassed my doctor's one year goal for me this morning. Not quite 9 months out. He wanted me at 150 by my one year anniversary/surgiversary. I'm 149.6. My BMI is officially in the Normal range. Wow! Best feeling ever I have 20.4 lbs to my personal goal of 129. That will set me comfortably in the mid range of normal bmi since I'm very small framed. I can't believe how far I've come. Last year I could barely walk a mile. Now I'm training for a 10k and signed up for a mile fun run in 2 weeks because "it's only a mile" ???? haha! How is everyone in our October group doing??? Thinking about you all and hope you're finding success -

I'm in. I just found this, sorry. Hope it's not too late. SW as of 5/30 was 160 GW 154 or less (that'll be officially 100 lbs lost!) weight loss is so much slower now so I'm being conservative. Hopefully I can lose more than that Thanks for doing this!!! -
Little rewards when you hit certain goal weights
chrys129 replied to Autumn Riley Arnold's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I have been similar. I didn't start until I was already losing so I started with : 199..onederland I got my first tattoo. DONE 180: nostril piercing. DONE. 160: daith piercing (I just hit this goal yesterday so I'm hoping to get it done after my next paycheck if I don't chicken out) 154 (100 lbs lost) : another tattoo 140: cartilage/helix piercing 129(goal): my dream tattoo that I've been designing in my head for 10 years now -
Also, thank you Sarah! You're amazing for doing all of this Does anyone know if there will be another challenge soon?
-
160.2 Seriously.... One lb from my SECOND goal for this challenge. I'm so pleased and giddy right now

Doing great. I'm officially down 90 now. 14 lbs to my doctors one year out goal (already!) and 35 to personal final goal. I'm in size 10 to 12 depending on how it was made. And I'm running 5Ks like its my new job. Hehe. I feel amazing. This is the best thing I ever did for myself. -
163.8

165.2 Question: I sort of blew past my goal of 169 last week. Can I set a new one and still have it count that I reached the first goal? I think I'm making a secondary goal of 159.9 or less Thanks

166.4 Big drop suddenly. Holy moly. I'm happy but thinking I'm going to rebound or stall a bit now. Seems to be my pattern.

Last weekend I visited Hersheypark in PA. I went in every single coaster. Easily. Last year on one of them, the attendant had to come push down on the restraints to get me in and I was mortified and it was heartbreaking to me (we have season passes, so it was a lot of bench sitting while my family was in line/on rides) I LOVE coasters Anyway last weekend, and 81 lbs less, I got back in line FIRST for that one that I was so embarrassed on last summer. Walked on. EASILY got restraints on place and had a blast. I felt amazing and my teenage kids were beside themselves happy that I could go with them again. I'm over the moon. What a difference in only 6 months!!! Best decision I ever made for myself.
