Any mid-late September sleevers? My date is set for September 22nd!! I'm so excited! I just started my pre-op diet today, 2 Meal Replacements and 1 meal of Protein and non-starchy veggy. It was a lot easier than I thought it would be, especially with how much I tend to overeat. But I'm determined to stick to this and find that skinny girl I lost...

I think the excitement is what's helping me through it all too! I've been in such a great mood since they called and gave me the appt! Usually I wake up feeling so full no matter what time I've eaten, but today I don't feel full or hungry!
