They kind of kept me sane on pre op. I bought chicken soup from au bon pain and drank the broth off of it. Canned/boxed broth was nasty. You can do it! I don't call you all friends I call you all family where in this all together I'm really in my feelings this is the first time ever that I felt things are just beinf snached from right under me one being smoking. Yes its not healthy I know but then I feel like right now my freedom to enjoy food at.this moment is being taken away as well. ???? I'm paying attention to my body. Yes there is hope I would smoke a pack in about two days. It's not easy very tough but once you get through.this you'll feel accomplish I'm in my 5th month not smoking. What I used to chew on when I was craving is called Licorice root. Sent from my SM-G900T using Tapatalk

So today I started my clear liquid diet and already I have the bubble guts I'm excited and scared all at the same time I'm struggling with this diet and my inner goofy gave in glhqd ice cream. Kind of embarrassing already giving in after the first day. Any advice.
