So the doctor told me that I could have Meals. I was on a liquid diet for about a week when I had my appointment and he told me that I could actually eat.. I did eat today but I finished and my stomach ended up hurting me and now I Catch myself worrying about gaining weight that I end up feeling ashamed and sick. I had I had lost a total of 14 pounds and the doctor said that he needs me on the 295 pounds after he told me I only need to lose 9 pounds. I've realized that with food I do have a problem and I have no self control. It honestly is very embarrassing to say I'm just going to have to go back on my liquid diet the remaining week that I have left over and after the surgery I'm hoping not to have this problem. People think its a joke when you're overweight But honestly it is not at all it is a big problem there is so much more going on then what People on the outside see as being fat and greedy. When I went in I was 315 to 320. I needed to loose nine pounds I lost 14 but now he's saying we agreed to 295 I was like thinking no we didn't my goal weight is 200. And I'm 5'8 Sent from my SM-G900T using Tapatalk

Ok so I'm very angry my stomach is killing me I'm on the two week liquid diet before surgery keep running to the bathroom. The broth taste nasty now can't even finish it and I'm also on strong meds for multiple sclerosis I see some people at least have one meal I'm to the point where I'm like fuck it ill stay fat. I know what you mean!! I didn't do chicken broth pre op...because I knew I'd HAVE to do it post op and didn't want to be burnt out on it. Right now, I love it. and Instead pre op...I did shakes after shakes after shakes. Peanut Butter banana smoothies with Protein are SO FILLING and they are what got me through...occasionally, i had a cucumber with chili y limon...but i shouldnt have. alot of it is mental too. keep ur mind busy. watch Netflix. not TV because TV has so many BOMB food commercials...ugh. As I mentioned in other post I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis wich damaged me nerves in my leg and with the added weight left me limping so I've been stressed these last couple of years I worked two jobs voulantered and went to school. When it hit me everything around me seemed to crash. But after I would like to be active like I was at one time go back to school for my bed then to go to collage to be a social worker one day so I do have a plan after. And I still have clothes from when I was on weight watchers and lost about 80 pounds I want to be at a steady weight before buying a new wordrobe. Sent from my SM-G900T using Tapatalk
