Anyone starting to think this isn't the "right" answer/tool?
MBollinger replied to Kelleylu's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I am almost 2 weeks post and yeah there are days when I regret it because I sit here and watch everyone eat all this fantastic fatty food but you know you can't have it, if you didn't have the surgery you would join them but knowing your doing it for a good reason and using it as a tool to help because most people are not mentally able to quit with the bad eating habits I know I wasn't I knew I could so I did now I know I can't so I don't and it's helping me you can get back into eating regular foods just not as much it's not a bad thing it's just a tool Sent from my SM-N910V using the BariatricPal App -

I am at the beginning of my journey as I just got my referral to go see a doc that is going to help me get m surgery, I was wondering about the 6 month pre op weight loss that I am hearing so much about is this for all insurance or just a certain one? The reason why I ask is I have really bad arthritis in my hips and my back so it is kind of hard for me to get the work out that I need daily that's why my doc and myself are going this route I can't wait to see how this is all going to work any help would be appreciated also was wondering because we have plans to move out of state and I am not wanting to start this process all over again
