Had surgery September 4th weighed 198lbs and now I am 180lbs. My first 2 weeks I hit a stall, but then all of a sudden I started to lose. Oh I'm 5'3 1/2. I want to lose 60lbs. Don't give up! Just keep on trucking!

The stomach spasms have finally stopped! Yay!!! 18 lbs gone!! I was at a stall for the first 2 weeks. I can already tell in my face that I've lost weight. Can't wait to see how much more I lose. 60lbs is my goal! Here is a before and after of my face.

Had my surgery last Friday and I'm experiencing the same pain. Dr. Said its just gas and it will go away in time. In the meantime to help ease the pain I put rice in a sock tied it at the end and heated it in the microwave. It helps ease the pain a bit with the warm dry compression.

How many days post op did you notice any weight loss?

For 2 days now every time I drink my stomach has a spasm. Anyone else experienced this?
