Just got my surgery date yay! Sept 25

Congratulations ! Awesome. -
Omg I'm so sorry. I don't know if it's safe to eat those things yet. I just know nutritionally what you should eat. Wait for someone else to answer. Sorry about that.

Bocas burger or turkey burger would be the best
-
Just patty

I am betting most will say stay away from pizza. Everyone ive talked to stays away from white carbs. Burgers I read r ok if they are lean.

I usually buy a size up that is looser cuz I know if I get ones that fit good I'll gain and they won't fit in a month. Makes me sad that is how I'm living but I'm ready to change all that.

Surgery done today!

Yay. Awesome. I don't even have a surgeon yet. Waiting on a letter from Cleveland clinic telling me what to do next. -

You will see most on here use NUT as short for nutritionist. I just started my appointments on 8/21, had my surgeon consult, psych testing, 1st nutrition visit and this Friday I meet with a medical weightloss specialist. After that I have 2 follow ups 9/29 and 10/30 with my nutritionist. After which she said they will start the insurance submission. And then it's the waiting and hoping/praying game. Let me know how your appointments go, nice to have someone going through same medical facility, perhaps we can share our experiences and make sure we are getting the same advice, information Definitely we should do that! What insurance do you have? Is the supervised diet required by the clinic or by your insurance?
