My name is Cyndi,and I had gastric sleeve surgery on July 22 2015 . So Far I have lost 19 lbs, and am afraid that is not much. I need to loose around 60 lbs total but would bE thrilled with 75 lbs. I don't know if my weight loss expectations are unrealistic at this time. In other Words,have I lost enough at the 5 week stage?
