boil some cauliflower in some salted Water until it is fork tender. You can use a potato masher to mash it up so it's all mush and add a wedge or two of laughing cow cheese mashed up avocado with some lime juice and salt is also very tasty one thing I really liked too was cottage cheese with some tomato sauce, garlic powder, and mozzarella heated up so the cheese was melty i would also put some dried red Beans into the slow cooker with enough water to cover them and cook it all day until they were mush (you need to add water periodically) -

Sophie74656 replied to juno5's topic in PRE-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
I bought pants specifically to wear home, I bought pajama bottoms a size larger than I would normally wear so they would be loose on my tummy a pillow is a great idea I wish I had brought one for the ride home. We had a bit of a bumpy ride and every bump hurt. if you have pets its a good idea to keep a pillow near you. My kitties kept wanting to cuddle so I had a pillow I put over my tummy so we could still snuggle -

you're supposed to eat greek yogurt with has more Protein and less sugar. veggies might have too much Fiber -
This is one of those things I was talking about in another post with the lack of proper education about surgery. It's not the original poster's fault she wasn't told something, but not eating and drinking at the same time is one of those basic rules that your nutritionist should go over with you pretty much on day one.

this applies to all food. This is really something your nutritionist should have gone over with you
