I have coffee with regular sugar every day....sometimes more than one cup

I hope it is Aaron because I'm not that attached to him...or Rosita but I doubt its a woman

Can you imagine the gag order they had to sign
-
I think they know. They probably had to go right into shooting the next episode.

My favorite parts were basically anything that came out of Abrahams's mouth

It's a season finale, i expected a cliffhanger. Most shows do that. I think it was done well. They built up the suspense very well. While he was talking I was nervous. And driving around before...with maggie on the verge of them death every time the road was blocked and they had to turn around it added to the tension. I loved when they came to those chained up walkers who were wearing michone and daryls clothes. I loved how as they were driving off it left you windering...they were purposely missing...why I loved the episode, i found myself wishing it was longer I would actually be ok if it was Sasha

I loved the reveal of Neegan. You know a dude is scary when Rick looks like he's pooping his pants
-
I think there are some characters that if killed people will riot and stop watching...glen, daryl, michon Personally I'm hoping it is Deana's son because I'm not that attached to him
-
I'm going to say names...if you haven't seen the finale turn back now I'm pretty sure it's not rick or carl, and it can't be carol or morgan. And i hope they are smart enough not to kill off daryl. If they do i think they will looose a lot of viewers. I also don't think it was maaggie. The person was still verticle after the first hit and with how weak she was i don't think she would still be up after that hit In the comics it was glen, buy that doesn't necessarily mean it will be the same in the show.

Really? I loved it especially the end

What I was told is that alcohol is empty calories...also because your stomach is now smaller and holds less food it will take you less to get drunk. Other than that a little wine here and there won't hurt you

On the go food: cheap date

Wow $90? Pre op we would order huge meals and rarely spend more than $40 at a restaurant, unless it was sushi -
I'm in Old Bridge too!

Protein shakes have always been difficult for me too. There are some clear isopure drinks that some people love (and some people hate). There are also syntrax nectars that are more juice like and most people seem to like them

Is it normal to be afraid ?
Sophie74656 replied to biglady904's topic in Gastric Sleeve Surgery Forums
Of course it's normal to be scared. But you will be fine -
Of course its impossible to predict what your total weight loss will be. If you follow the program and exercise you may very well be able to loose that amount

What's been your biggest post op realization about food
Sophie74656 posted a topic in Food and Nutrition
I had my sleeve on Sept 2, 2015. Since then I've realized a lot of things about the way I used to eat. The biggest thing I've realized is just how much I over ate. When I started really looking at portion size post op it dawned on me how much smaller it is than what I used to eat. Like a box of mac n cheese is 4 servings...not 1. A serving of Cereal is half a cup, not "until the bowl is full" -

Sophie74656 replied to jam1595's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
didn't your nutritionist go over what you should be eating with you? before I had surgery I had to have multiple meetings with my nutritionist and she told me exactly what and how much I should be eating at every stage post op. if you don't know what you should or should not eat ask your nutritionist -
