Yes, I can definitely relate...buying don't know how to fix it Dulcolax helps me...and I've been trying Metamucil..I think it's trapped because it needs loosening

I had the RNY on 04/27/15 I was taking Metformin. After the surgery I was taken off meds. I haven't had to take them since. My surgeon recommended the RNY bc of my diabetes. Thank the Lord I did it!

At the 3 month mark, my surgeon placed me on a plant based diet . He wants me to refrain from meats 4 days out of the week. Anyone else have this same order? Any suggestions? I'm struggling with it.
