I have loved walking in all the mild weather lately. Now it has turned cold again, I find it a struggle to get going. I am getting ready to go, but my mind keeps saying...TOO COLD TOO COLD. Hopefully I will get over this soon!

I am not worried about catching a cold as much as just dealing with the cold temps! LOL Since I had my surgery I am cold all the time I feel like. So being out in it is miserable. But after I posted this yesterday I got out in the snow/rain mix and put in two miles. So I just know I have to get over it!
