Well I just arrived in Tijuana! The recovery house is super nice! I am excited for tomorrow. I was nervous, but now that I am here, it just feels right. I can't wait to start being the NEW me! Good luck to everyone who is this week if I don't get on here for a while! We are SO brave for making this step in our lives! We are going to rule this new us!! -

My diet says I can have a small salad and a Protein shake. But I only had a few bites of salad at the airport today. Other than that i am sticking to clear liquids. -

I love the Chocolate Splendor from Unjury! The Chicken Soup flavor is good too. I like the Premier Shakes too but I like the Unjury better. I'll have to try the Torani. Thanks for the info. -

My surgery is the same day, December 8, 2015 in Tijuana, MX, with Dr. Lopez. I start my diet 3 days before and it is a pretty cool one. I have a shake for breakfast and dinner and a salad for lunch. I'm super excited to have this procedure done. Mine is Dec. 7th in TJ, MX! I have mine with Dr A. Maybe I will see you there ????. -

I am doing really good on my pre-op diet. I do not think of food or get hungry until I see a commercial for something I love. I never really noticed how much TV ads can influence us. ????. But I haven't cheated. Staying Strong!!! -
