Well the 21st will be a month out . Everything has been going great until the last 3-4 days . I was loosing loosing loosing and then bam I stopped and actually gained 2 lbs back. It cant be a stall that soon into this I wouldnt think. It all started when I started my soft foods . So Ill give it another 3 days if no change guess I will call the Dr .

I crave Pizza everyday. Just cant figure out how to puree it or make soft and still be enjoyable

A made a deer meat chili today. Was so so good. Made ranch mashed potatoes , eggs . So far so good

Today marks 21 days since I had my Surgery. ( RNY) Started soft foods today and could not be happier . No issues anywhere. As of this morning I am down 36 lbs since 10 days before surgery when I started diet . Feel good and nothing to complain about as of now. Whoop whoop !!!

How long after surgery were you able to really work out? Like in a gym with weights and walking etc...! Or does it just depend on tolerance ?
