People like that make me such a better mother.... Seriously! My children were at the dentist today, jam packed office btw, not enough chairs for anyone so I let my children sit as I stood. In comes a man with his son and his mother (grandma I guess) so my son (14) stands and let's the lady sit in his chair. That one act of kindness I've taught my son, poured over to all the men (both young and old) in the office who all did the same as him and stood up for the ladies to have a seat. We as women need to raise our children to be kind and loving in this great big world of less personable people so that their future has some kind of hope. No need to worry about that persons rude comment, you may have been called a bohemeth but he's got an empty soul! Keep that head up, we don't need the crowns to fall ladies!!!!!

Oh that sucks that you can't have it shipped!!! I'm doing ok, I'm down 53lbs since surgery 6 weeks ago. But I think I may have a stricture???? I can't eat not even 2 oz of solid protein (food)without throwing up. I'm kinda happy about it because it keeps me in check when my mind is hungrier than my tummy, But it can be frustrating at times when I just want to meet my protein requirements.

Did you ever find the coco protein?? How are you doing now?

I feel u, I tried all kinds of things and the taste always came thru. I ended up putting the powder on a SF Popsicle and bit down till it kinda melted in my mouth. Lol good luck

I had Surgery on August 27 and at my 2nd stall ???? I have lost a total of 47 lbs (including pre op diet) for an after surgery loss of 28lbs. I started at 348, day of surgery 330, and now back and forth between 301-303. I wanna scream,sometimes out of joy sometimes out of disappointment. I feel like I'm losing kinda slow with plenty of stalls. Nut says maybe not enough calories so I upped calories yesterday with SF puddings mixed with my protein powder and had a quest bar for the first time. Feeling a little defeated today! Better days are sure to come ???? fingers crossed!!!

I really like the RTD Isopure " Apple melon" it's like a liquid jolly rancher. I can't do cakey chocolatey vanillay anything!!!

I think the zoo is better when the weather gets cooler. Nobody wants to be all sweaty on their first date. Don't know where you live, but if the weather is pleasant then go for it!!!

Hey!!! I'm doing great thank you! Medicare approved me right away within a week, but I did need to do 4 months of NUT and 1 psych evaluation, a visit to a pulmonologist and an endoscopy before surgery

I had my surgery with Raul Mederos in Hialeah hospital. BTW it's the only hospital in the state with 5 stars in bariatrics!!! I'm on disability and have both Medicare and share of cost Medicaid. I had surgery 4 weeks ago and I honestly feel like he is the reason why I feel so good. He's amazing and gentle. A really great guy. I tried Dr. Rabaza initially out of baptist but he was not my cup of tea!! Good luck and let me know if you need anything!!!!

There is a product sold at the vitamin shoppe called coco protein. If you like coconut water THIS STUFF IS AMAZING!!!!! there is a chocolate flavor also that I haven't tried cuz I hate chocolate stuff but the piña colada taste just like plain coconut water and the stuff is amazing!!!!!!!!! I stick to that and isopure rtd juices Apple melon is my favorite kinda taste like a liquid jolly rancher!! Good luck!!
