  1. I've realized that I'm happier when I think of a clothes size than a weight in numbers. I mean if you wore a size 4 and weighed 180 would it matter?? Maybe you carry the weight in the booty or breasts? In the end for me, it's becoming more how I feel about myself than the number on the scale. For the record, I had surgery Aug 27,2015 and I have lost 118lbs SW-348 CW-230 BUT I've gone down from a size 30/32 to a 14. I even squeezed into a 12 jean. Nevertheless I'm doing things I've never done before and damn proud! Good luck in your journey!

    Music and grilling by my pool was definitely nice but I sure did miss having a drink!!! Won't be doing it too much, I'll let the hubby do the grilling and drinking for the 2 of us!!

    Weekend Protein...

    I have my protein first thing in the morning in my coffee! I buy Iso-100 in cinnamon bun flavor add 2 scoops & enjoy. At least I know I have 48gms of protein to start my day.
  5. I was stuck for a minute too! I started with some light (5lb) kettle bell exercises and the scale started acting right again[emoji23] good luck to you, and don't give up, change it up... Something will jump start it again

    thank you! It's funny you mention the kettle bells, I started doing it on Sunday and have lost 3 pounds since!!!

    Thank you girls!!! I knew I could count on you guys!! It seems like upping my calories just a little may help, I'm gonna try it and let y'all know!! BTW the air climber basically simulates climbing stairs. It's an infomercial product[emoji23][emoji23] but hey, any exercise IS exercise right? Love u gals and congrats to you all in all your success!!

    Coffee and protein?

    I use Iso 100 in cinnamon bun flavor with my coffee. But first I stir it up in about an ounce of almond milk, so it doesn't clump!! It's amazing and I look forward to drinking it every morning!!

    I hit between 70-100 gms of protein, my insurance plan only has 1 NUT and I'm her first sleeve patient[emoji51] my exercise is not hard core at all, IMO at least, I divide the 500 steps into 100 at a time and spread out throughout my day. And I've embraced the stall and been calm but I fear reaching my year and not reaching my goal.

    Vitamin nightmare

    I am currently taking centrum adult chewables, quick dissolve biotin (5000mcg) I take two. I also drink a super b vitamin and calcium chewables. I'm 6 months out and haven't had an issue yet. Although for the first 4 months I did take only 2 flintstones a day, I'm still losing hair and was starting to feel a little dizzy, when I read the bottle, they didn't compare at all to the centrum. Both are palatable so why not go for the one with all the extra good stuff in it? Good luck!

    They made me take mine, but they never used it for surgery. Then my nurse dropped it in the middle of the night and broke it into 100 pieces!

    I found a good protein!

    the Iso100 in cinnamon bun is soooooo good with warm coffee just mix a little with almond milk first till it dissolves then mix with hot coffee, yum! On treat days I squirt whipped cream on top with sprinkled powdered cinnamon! Who needs Starbucks????

    Hello there and welcome! I am just about 6 months post op and I am down 110pounds!!! It has slowed down significantly but I think that may have to do with starting on my BC again. I started at 348lbs and am at 238 as of this morning! Can't wait to reach my goal (170) if you have any questions please ask?
