I take a bcomplex at night i never thought that could cause issues with sleep i might start in the am im pre surg so i have time to develop a routine with Vitamins just ordered my multi so yay

hon surgery is always scary but it is so worth it i am pre op again i almost had this done in 2016 but i was not in the right head space to do this and i am glad i waited but man i am also sad i did because i have only gotten heavier and more tired but what can you do so now is our time ok. just breath center your self and try and remember that you are young once man im like 4 years older than you but i get it

not sure how to give the best advice here but here is to hoping they are understanding

oh hon im sorry for all the trouble insurance can really cause headaches i know i worked in the medical field but just breath and think positive

i know i have care first blue choice something under the umbrella of bcbs and my doc told me i am not required to lose weight but just not gain. also im in a diffrent situation that you bmi 48 with 2 co morbities so im not sure what your doc will tell you

I would deff check with your surgeons office to see who they have worked with in the past

Im 5'2" and 280ish and my surgeon set a goal weight of 175 so thats some perspective for you. I would love to be at a smaller bmi at goal but 175 seems achievable

I'm in the high 200s but I also understand the mental health issues too I've had issues legit my whole life like I was in therapy at age 5 so yeah I'm doing this now while I'm young so I don't die on the table I already have sleep apnea and diabetes

Actually I was told the opposite by my surgeon you tend to lose more weight and your skin bounces back better too
