Hey so yes it is standard for the psych visit to be one session. And good on you for giving up drinking my dad was a heavy drinker for decades one day just got tired of it and stopped. Same thing with me and my brother we were both addicts and then just stopped. But as far as managing pain a very good medicine that is a happy pill and good for joint pain is gabapentin. It works wonders

Hon i also have intimacy issues that stem from self esteem and abuse history. But i am 100% doing this surgery for me. My hubby is 11 years older than me but i feel older than him physically i cant do as much im not able to go a whole day with out a nap im in pain all the time so yeah it is all on me. Plus he might be getting surgery himself next year

Wow guys im sending hugs to you. I also believe in the random chaos of the universe connecting one event to another leading us on the path where we happen to be as we are right now. When i won my disability case and the weight just kept piling on i knew. That is why in September i will be going under and hopefully changing my life for the better come what may

Well i am an early fall surgery ill be in September can i participate lol. But yeah i have my 2nd nut visit next week. I have all my clearances done now i just need to be patient and wait until august until i am done all the classes

my drs office uses your starting weight not sure about anyone else

huzzah life works its self out in its own time. there is a randomness to this universe of ours but in all of that a grand over arching purpose that works its self out in the end

i have care first blue shield which is a fed blue in maryland and the only out of pocket stuff i will pay is copays so for everything it will cost around 600 total that is it

For us it is 7 grams in anything not dairy simply because dairy has naturally occurring sugars

wow how much sugar we are allowed upto 15 grams in yogurt things after surgery. so just trying to figure out others experience i want to dump on the bad stuff like the things not good for me. not yogurt lol

i agree with creekimp13 if it hurts you are doing it wrong. although for me i am into pain play so i do full on floggings whips chains all the beatings things like that makes my little freak heart happy there is a thread like this

thanks for the advice yeah i have heard that advice i am far away from surgery sort of about 5 months so yeah right now is about trying things but yeah i never buy more than i need more than a month as far as Protein supplements go

So guys does anyone here shop in bulk. I sure do. My surgery is not until September but I got my ready to drink muscle milk I got Protein Water. Both of which are ok by my program. I got bai water also ok. Parmesan crisps and veggies all the veggies plus chicken, hamburger and parmesan crusted tilapia ooh looking forward to that one.

I'm doing my 6 months thru my surgeons office I'm on month 3 of 7 I have a weight check in a week. Then onto month 4 yay it's moving by so fast. Omg like I feel like I just met with the doctor and now it's almost may I'm having surgery in September. It's happening so quickly you guys

So I know this is old but the state in which I live is on the east coast I live in Baltimore Maryland. Maryland has very large university systems good schools doctors and you experience every season also we have beaches mountains lakes and oceans we do not get earthquakes or tornadoes although we get the occasional hurricane
