Well I don't know how tall you are but I am 5'3 and 280 pounds with 140 to lose and I am getting the sleeve its my first and hopefully last wls my insurance only allows one per lifetime. So we're not to far off weight wise. I would check out the band revision boards they have a better perspective -

I've been testing powders and premade drinks so far I like the gnc 100% whey the best flavor in my opinion is the strawberry mixed with lactaid milk and ice in my nutra ninja and it tastes like a milk shake. And I just picked up some EAS advantedge chocolate fudge not bad but I'll be trying others to see if I like them better -

I've been buying frozen vacuum sealed 4oz talapia fillets in a 2.5 pound bag from the store and cooking them with lemon butter and old bay and they are tasty I'm still pre-op so I can eat two fillets and its 40 grams of protein -
