  6. I think for the first question I don't really compensate for being fat I like what I like. I'm a big geek. Like huge I run in geek circles and go to conventions with my friends and spouse. And all my friends are geeks. As for changes when I get thin the only thing I think will change will be my sex life. And I'm a kinkster so once I lose the weight I can enjoy my kinky side more

I've told my hubby and his entire family and they frankly just rock they are all in the medical field and know how much I need to do something about this weight so they are all on board and I told my one best friend she's supportive my gaming group because their our closest friends and would know somethings up with my eating and I told my dad. Regretting it already..(day 1)

I had a major surgery to correct a problem in my ear back in July and I am having the same thing done next week and while it's not nearly as major as the sleeve surgery its pretty big. All I can say is yes walk walk walk. You will feel like garbage until you do and get your fluids in. Also for anyone about to get surgery ask for the patch that goes behind your ear to prevent nausea its fucking magical

end of year surgery and insurance coverage

i work in insurance so i can answer your question usually authorisations are good for a amount of days say 30 60 or 90 days so if you got your approval say december 12 it would be good 90 days from that date. the surgical clearnaces i work with are usually good for 6 months at a time and blood work is usually good for 1-3 months at a time hope this helps
