    pre opt experiences

heres my experince so far i started at one hospital that was a center of excellence as required by my current insurance and started the classes and what not going every month as ordered no big deal then i had the usual sit down meeting with my dad to discuss our insurance plan for the next year because we dont live together any more so we had to do it over the holiday. turns out dads company got bought out this year and they are switching insurances. well frick so call my new insurance company turns out i now need to use a blue chip hospital and the current one i am using dosent fit that description. so in the past week ive set up the initial consult with the new surgeon along with getting my paper work in order from the previous surgeons becuase they will need all of that to submit to insurance. sorry so long winded but i am just hoping that i love the nut as much as i love my current one oh and i might not have to do that yucky liquid diet with this surgeon

Need help getting back on track

my best advice with trying new veggies is add butter no lie anytime i want to try a new veggie i steam it in my rice cooker/ veggie steamer and add butter and garlic salt. the salt is important to give it flavor. also with asparagus one of the things i do is cut if the hard stems and just eat the soft parts
  14. i would call your nut i know with my program i am on full liquids as soon as i am home but its diffrent for every one

Confused on which surgery to look into

I'm 24 with a high weight of 290 and a bmi of 51 I'm hoping to be sleeved in March of next year. All I hear on these boards is how people wish they would have done it sooner. Well I want to be healthy in my late twenties I want to be healthy for my husband most of all I want to bring a kid into this world and right now its impossible
  24. newmebithebypass

    Miss my diet pepsi :(

I was also told never to drink carbonated beverages and to wait a year for alcohol. Every nut is different but for me I know once I have the surgery I'm doing it to save my life so I'm not gonna mess it up because I can't say no to soda
