My downfall is the white mocha I have tried all other types but can't break away from white chocolate mocha. I have it with nonfat milk and with equal but don't know if I will be able to give that up for long....at least if I know I can one day have a tall it's better than having a venti....

Here it is straight from Starbucks website: It’s the same rich and creamy Caramel Macchiato taste you expect, with fewer calories. On this lighter treat we used sugar-free vanilla syrup, freshly steamed nonfat milk, our delicious Espresso Roast, and then we top it all off with a velvety-rich foam and a buttery caramel drizzle...... so the caramel drizzle still has sugar. But they use the sugar free vanilla syrup.

So glad to hear responses I am also scheduled for Oct 13th, and my primary care, my trainer and exhusband all have tried to talk me out of it and yes I can go down I weight on diet and follow it but I gain back to easily and have a hard time maintaining. So I know I can do it and the sleeve will be the tool to get me there I just know with weight loss meds and diet I plateaued...then I stopped and gain some back so getting the sleeve because I didn't get to goal and dieting alone won't help. I have a bad knee injury which stopped me from exercising regularly. -
I have been asked whether I am pregnant at least 20 times!

Yes I have that happen all the time. Even before kids I was asked that so I can't wait to get my sleeve....I would say even when I would lose weight I still had somewhat of a belly so I hear your frustration. -
Watch out with too much plain water need to get your electrolytes in.

Really, What is the Straight Skinny Post-Op?
pimmar replied to Sunshine3073's topic in Post-op Diets and Questions
I am looking into the wls and I am very concerned about the head hunger. I have been successful at losing significant weight on medical weight loss and other programs before but feel I tend to let the head hunger sabotages me at some point never achieving my goal. My question is has someone tried having a counselor while undergoing weight loss programs in the past. I guess a part of me dreads that I will sabotage myself. I can be good at following something but then tend to get bored and tend to want to add more carbs ...not always unhealthy but occasionally yes. I have a sweet tooth. Do most people go on and live lives without the need of going to support groups or counselors for like the rest of their lives? Thanks still on the fence about weight loss surgery I have come so far and feel I don't have much to go but I am terrified to gain the weight back.
