I've started drinking the EAS shakes.

I just can't make myself take them. They are bigger than a quarter and I have to take 6 a day.

I'm a little over 2 weeks out, but mine got pushed back a few days because I had to go back to have something fixed and couldn't go to my nutritionist so they made me weight until the holiday weekend was over.

Can anyone tell me what is on the plan for the 3 phase please

@@Dream4tc this is kimmoffit i finally went to the doctor and come to find out I had a pinched hernia no gas I did have bowl sounds but everything was stopping at the hernia they had to redo the surgery and when they did I aspirated bile they said I was in a bad shape.

Well, I found out the reason I couldn't get with it. I had a hernia when I went in and when they did my surgery they pinched it off well I hadn't had a bowl movement in 11 days they did an emergency surgery Thursday and thought I was going to have to have a colostomy bag. Turns out during the surgery I aspirated some bile. My mom was really worried. So now I have to weight a few more days on my phase 2 diet which really isn't fair. I'm going to eat setting to day even if it's cottage cheese or yogurt I've got to have something.

I had my surgery the 24th also. I haven't felt good since day 1. I hate feeling like this and wish I could go back to before surgery.

That is good to know because I can't get everything in either and I've been drinking the powerade zero

I'm on post op day 8 and I'm sure I'm not getting everything but nothing is coming out I feel like there is no room for nothing going in.

I can't stand the shakes, I'm dizzy my calve muscles are cramping I keep belching and no bowl movement everything smells rotten. I don't know I'm just miserable maybe I'm just being a wuss

I haven't gone in a week which kind of worries me but the doctor don't seem to bothered by it.

I have celebrate unjury the flavored are chicken, cinnamon roll and vanilla. My doctor said to get isolate from gnc

I had my surgery Monday the 24th too. And I can't seem to tolerate the shakes. They make me sick every time.
