hey! I'm doing the 6 month medically supervised diet right now..

I'm not much on yogurt, but I did stumble on that Oikos Triple Zero Greek stuff during the months leading up to my pre-op diet. I stress that I don't care for yogurt in general.....but this stuff is great. I'm glad I found out about it. It needs nothing extra to taste really good. My husband who hasn't had any surgery and isn't overweight (brat lol). Loves the triple zero yogurt too. He actually likes almost all the "healthy" food that I'm eating also. Like the veggie chips (pre op) even my broth I drank lol. veggie chips? Do you make them or buy them I'm trying to healthy stuff I like ..it's a process These were before surgery. They were the Veggie Straws from the grocery store. I'll be 7 weeks this Wednesday and should be released to eat home made veggie chips! (Hopefully) lol!! I'm doing the 6 month medically supervised diet. So I'm going to try these! Thank you ! I hope you get cleared to eat the homemade version veggie chips!

Just curious what did your guys 6 month of medically supervised diet consist of ...that's what I have to do. I'm just anticipating my first appointment with the surgeon on the 23rd!

Okay so starting off this journey I wanted to get the lapband. But after talking to a few people, they've said that the lapband is for people that only want to loose 40-60 lbs. Is this correct? Because I'm. 28 year old 5'4 and 325lbs and my bmi is 55. So that being said which surgery would be the best for me to achieve a weight loss of 180lbs so I would be a healthy weight. Thank you in advance!

I went to my seminar and i did a lot of research and I also am going to get the sleeve. I go on the 25th to get a referal to goto the surgeon and after that I have to do a 6 month medically supervised diet .(im surprised my insurance covers it.I went into the seminar thinking I would have to selfpay well at least I have money for cosmetic surgery after!) I used to take Prozac and I noticed that I was slowly gaining weight . so they switch me to welbutrin and latuda it's working even better then the Prozac was for me.. Sent from my LGLS990 using Tapatalk

im 28 older then most of yall ...im going to my seminar tomorrow im so excited! what can I expect tomorrow.any advice on questions to ask?

Thank you soo much ! I'm going on Tuesday to the seminar. I'm so excited! I don't have any medical problems. But I have been overweight my whole life basically. I just had a baby July 9th and want to be able to get on the floor and play with him And run and play with him when that time comes.

me!! Im in Bakersfield ca I haven't gotten the surgery yet but im going to the seminar on the 8th. Im self pay so I don't know what the process is even.
