@mimorisonHey I had my surgery on 8/26 and down 22 lbs-- I had some steak filet last night -- I cut it so small my family was making jokes. I only had maybe 1/4 of an ounce but it was wonderful!! -

Hey Sleeved on August 26th -- had no issues, and recovery has been great. I feel like I am finally getting my strength back and do not get fatigued like I was in the beginning. Have a major knee issue that has kept me from walking the last couple days which is disappointing... I feel activity has really helped with the lbs melting away! Hope everyone is doing well tonight! -
@Bobbis-- when can we switch to taking regular medicine versus crushing everything.

Hi Everyone.... Had mine on the 26th... no major issues at all. Lost 10 lbs first week and now about 3 lbs a week.... I am on soft foods, just started, still no issues. Walk on treadmill every other day for 20 minutes. Feel like I should be losing more.... but trying to happy with what I have accomplished so far. -
