I was sleeved on 10/26 and have lived on shakes and drinks. My favorite is crystal light lemonade and strawberry sorbet unjury. Mix in 12 oz of Water and mix I've afterwards for a strawberry lemonade.
For a power boost, Greek yogurt, chocolate milk and chocolate sorbet unjury (geez I sound like an unjury salesman by this point). 12 grams for the milk, 14 for the yogurt and 21 for the unjury = 47 grams of Protein just at lunch.
