Had sleeve done 5 days ago. First few nights I thought I'd made a huge mistake.  The pain and discomfort was much more than I expected. It has been really hard to get the required 96 oz of fluids in daily. I've spent more time in bed than out since coming home. Improved a bit yesterday and determined to get on track today as I have to return to work day after tomorrow.
Have terrible b.o. and breath. Have not weighed myself yet. Don't expect any weight loss until healed more. Tummy feels hugely bloated. Can't wait to eat real food. I know they say hunger pains are really acid, but I'm taking Previcox and Pepcid and still get what feel to me like hunger, tho it goes away quickly. I ate most of a popsicle 2 days ago and it made me very sick. Tried protein powder in hot cocoa yesterday and got more painful and nauseated after just a couple sips. Jell-o seems to be ok. The trial and error part of sipping is rough.
