Sure do. The pain you are feeling is the band which comes in contact with the diaphragm (the part that divides the upper chest from lower). Following surgery the area will become 'inflamed' and will settle down after a period of time.
The gas used to blow you up during surgery also brings pressure to bear. Degas tablets may help, but the gas has to eventually work it's way out.
This is common and the pain should leave you after approx. 4-5 months. If it does not - consult your doctor or surgeon.
