I'm new to this website. I'm excited to fine a place where I can vent, and get answers to my questions.
so I'm eating "soft foods" and I haven't started exercising- however my NUT said I could start some light activity if my stomach is no longer sore. I want to start lifting weight and also doing abs. guys think its too soon?
do you guys think I can start taking gummy Vitamins? what about take capsules? I hate taking the powdery sh*t with pudding or apple sauces. ugh I just rather swallow that crap!
