    Please make an appointment to see a pulmonologist to get your asthma under control. The doctor should be able to prescribe some inhaled steroids which will work wonders.

    a few days after you complete your final requirement. 8/18 was my final requirement, emailed Angela on the 21st, chose a surgery date on the 26th, and received confirmation email with preop appointments on 9/1. I am waiting for the initial letter after first visit with surgeon, nurse, nut, and psych. Had first appt on August 26th
