At 6 weeks you should be able to have a very small meal. A mini- meal. You will manage. Good thing about Christmas is that there are always several choices of foods. Enjoy, you will be just fine.

I think this is a bit harsh. You do know that not only are we not all English speakers here but, we are also at different levels of education and also is the fact that these days many of us multitask, and as such one task often suffers- usually for me grammar and punctuation during texting.I often text in a hurry and sometimes make mistakes. I am also multi-lingual and it takes a great deal of effort to get it right all the time.

Through my job, it seems I may have come in contact with the virus as such Dr. Has placed me on the HIV prophylactic for the next 28 days. Today is day 3 on the drugs and it has me feeling so nauseous. I was nauseous before and now it's 1000 times worst. Not to mention how sick I feel. Drained and unable to eat yet still on a stall? Seems these stalls stick with you even closer than a brother.

Just received Zofran. Helping a bit already. Good news is I am craving water that much more. Ice cold of course. Thanks again guys!

Happy to hear you are cancer free. God is indeed faithful! Had myself a piece of pudding today and I actually liked it. Not a big piece maybe three table spoons worth. As my sister said; under the circumstances I have earned it. One boiled egg, one Protein shake, two ounces of yogurt( yogurt really taste like crap today for some reason) and a piece of pudding is all I could keep down today. Plenty ice cold Water, in between. Thanks all for the warm thoughts. Besides my sister there is really no one else in the family I want to burden with this issue so I am so happy I have you guys to talk to. Thanks again

So sorry to hear of your dad and also happy to hear that he is recovering. My prayers are with him. We were sleeved around the same time, you and I and we lost close to the same amount. Our start weights are also similar . Curious, what does your NUT say about the amount you have lost so far? I was sleeved on26 August. Start weight 255. Currently 236 + or - two lbs.

I am stuck at 20lb since week two and haven't move a pound since!! Help!!

Lost 20lbs in the first two weeks and not another lb. I am 6 weeks out so it means not a single lb in 1 month! I am trying my hardest to be hopeful and I am writing and reading and praying but God knows today I woke up and I couldn't help crying. I came out of pocket $8000.00 for this surgery plus what was covered by my insurance. It's really depressing to think about this money and effort and feeling sick and every other thing I went through to just be 20lbs down!!!

Well done my dear, well done! I continue to stick to the plan and keep hope alive. Still no movements since week 2 when I lost 20lbs. I am at week 6. So a 1 month stall??? Very worried but trusting the process.
