No I just spent over $5000 In copays out of pocket for pre surgery certification and insurance just denied me after everything requires was done. They do not reimburse you. You still saw the doc. Vic

I finished all my pre op requirements & went to sign my surgery release papers when I was told that insurance denied my claim, I was 11 days out. I am now in the appeals stage wondering if anybody had such an issues & how was it resolved. I am with independence blue cross of Pa and have personal choice platinum. Thanks Vic

I just went through all the pre op surgery & right after signing my consent forms my insurance company independence blue cross of PA denied my claim 11 days before surgery. I am in the appeals phase wondering if anybody else had any insurance issues ???? Vic

My surgery is September 8th looking forward to & a little apprehensive

I have been in the same situation but I am looking at the surgery as a lifetime commitment. Each time you think of falling down just think of the surgery

I am taking 2 weeks & I will see how it goes. I work retail so I am on my feet 8-9 hours a day

Took a long fight with insurance and a year & a half but I am almost there. See my nutritionist and start pre sugery diet Tuesday
