I had surgery 12/3 with Dr. Bruce at Wakemed. So far everything has went well. My only complaint is wait times in the office.

I'm on the liver reduction diet so my Thanksgiving recipe is pumpkin cheesecake shake. 1c fairlife skim milk 1.5 scoops bariatric advantage vanilla protein powder 1.5 Tbs sf Torino pumpkin syrup 2Tbs sf cheesecake pudding mix Pumpkin spice to taste. Blend in a blender bottle for 2 minutes.
