Sept 22nd surgery- pre op diet today

My surgery is the 23rd of September. You are not alone! LOL. I feel like a hot mess. I am trying to get everything ready and can't seem to move fast enough. Not to mention that I am completely off nicotine and caffeine, my normal crutches! I am trying hard to just think about the positive life changes that will be taking place. Just know that we are all going through it in our own ways ???? -
