It's kind of crazy how each dr recommends different things but I've been taking the gummy woman's one a day for a week already and I've been fine and they taste great -

I've been also eating pretty much anything (healthy) lol (sleeves aug 5th) my dr told me it was alright since I haven't been able to tolerate protein shakes at all since surgery. He didn't seem to worried about it. I also have a problem with the Bariatric advantage chewable vitamins I would get so nauseous my dr said woman's one a day gummies are fine to take -

Ugh!! I'm 18 days post op (surgery August 5th) I got my period on the 11th and still have it. Should I be worried? -

I had a tough time drinking water my dr told me I can have low cal Gatorade and sf drink mixes so I mixed them with water and it made me feel much better. Also ask your dr if you can have gas x strips they really help

If your still in the hospital they should be giving you something for nausea,is it not working? It will get better I promise

I'm 3 weeks out tomorrow I think what made me regret it was the pain and the thought of never being able to eat normal again. Once I was put on solids about 7 days ago (Drs orders) oh man did I feel better! I'm super happy and the pounds are just falling off!! You took the hardest step it get easier from here.

Hey first off my husband is Portuguese and I know how good the food is!! You will definitely be able to eat it again that's a plus!! don't be scared it's an exciting journey to a better you, so many people would love the chance you have been granted. Good luck and congratulations !!

Hi guys!! Names Natalie also an aug 5th sleever ????????is that a word? Lol anyway my starting weight was 248 I'm now 223. so excited to start this new journey in my life.
