Hi I'm Sarah!
I chose to have the gastric sleeve and my surgery date was 8/6/2015. It was a long process for me because I was supposed to have the operation in 2011, but was unable to due to an insurance issue. I tried losing weight but couldn't. I was lucky and didn't have many health issues BUT the weight was affecting me physically. I was tired, my knees and ankles hurt all the time, and I was miserable. Finally, my husband and I decided it was time to try again and I'm glad I did!
