Tuna Lite cheese a pinch Low fat mayo Low cal wheat bread Spices

I am a month out and I am able to drink water 4 or 6 ounces in a few long sips then will not for another hour or so. I do not feel pain but am I drinking to fast and can it hurt me?

It took me half an hour to eat. Sometimes longer.

Ummm egg beaters less then a serving and 1/3 cup reduced fat cheese.

I am glad I can tolerate them. If you can not drink them either donate to the food shelf or bring them to the clinic.

Gas ex and Chapstick. I made them give me a sponge stick if I promised not to swallow my lips bothered me the most. Lol First day you will be sleeping. Don't worry you got this!

Yea I am 5 weeks out eating soft foods. I can't eat much more then tuna or eggs though everything else makes me feel like crap for hours. My thought is they want to keep the calories down by going slower. After reading everything on line here I cut back my food intake as I have been laid up. But I have already started drinking caffeine as well. I never know if I am doing it right. Both of my feet hurt and I can't walk anyone else having this last issue? Aaron what location did you get it done?

i am 4 weeks out lost 36lbs so far.

I use the teatree oil soap from trader joes and have no issues no hard scrubbing just use your hands.

I also had mine on the 11th. I always feel full...I think that's what the feeling is. I live on sugar free ice pops and can seem to eat about a cup of cream soup. I have been able to meet my goals but still in pain from the right side.
