I am 9 wks pregnant and 41. I was sleeved 9/10/15. My tubes have been tied 12 years now I got pregnant 7 years ago and carried her to 29 wks and delivered her( stillborn) they tested my tubes said there wasn't a pin hole leak. I have lost 112 pounds and freaking out about weight gain and something happening with the baby Sent from my iPhone using the BariatricPal App

I am almost 4 months out and was curious how many calories and carbs everyone was eating at my stage. I am about 600 calories and 20-25 carbs.

Thanks! She did but still struggling getting in the protein! I usually try to eat a protein bar for breakfast and for lunch usually turkey and light baby belle cheese and dinner usually grilled fish, chicken and steamed veggies.

Any suggestions for protein besides shakes??? Would love any ideas you could give me!

She wants me to up both. Just wondered where other people are at. I am doing ok with protein I can't do any shakes they make me sick and most bars too. I am at about 50-55 protein a day

My surgery was on September 10th. My high weight was 263, surgery weight was 237 and current weight is 206. I emailed my info would love to join the group! I am married and have 2 kids.

Yes the liquid diet is horrible!!! It is hard for me still to get the protein in because the protein shakes make me nauseated and not a fan of protein bars. I still have days where I question why did I do this but I know why health. I want to be here for my family!! I miss pizza lol. Hang in there!!! I am 7 weeks now and feel like I lose for a couple weeks then don't lose any for a couple of weeks very disappointed but I just keep hoping I will get there.

I am a month post op. I am wondering how you guys deal with being around friends eating and drinking. I am in the puréed stage. I want to isolate myself???? I feel like I am disappointing my husband. I feel all alone!!!

BamaNurse yes it is a struggle! I miss food and it seems so much of what we do is centered around food. When did u have your surgery? Mine was September 10th.

My husband wants to go out with friends and wants me to go and have fun. I want to it's just really hard to see everyone eating and drinking. Most of them don't know about my surgery so to pack little containers for me to eat I would have to explain. He's a great husband and very supportive but tonight he told me he doesn't know if the surgery was the right decision because I am sad and don't want to be around people

I feel the same way! Tomorrow will be a month post op. Today has been bad I am so nauseated I haven't been able to get much down. I hate puréed foods and everything is super sweet????

I had my husband get me vegetable soup broth from Frischs. It's my favorite right now. I have been eating broths and sf Popsicles. I have my dr appt Thursday and then I will be on purée foods for 3 wks. Excited clear liquids is getting old lol. The egg drop soup sounds good???? @@ExcitedNana

@@ExcitedNana I am on 7 days of clear liquids. I go to dr Thursday and will start the purée foods for 3 wks. I am so weak! What are u allowed to eat?

I am having problems getting all the liquid in. They want me to get 48-64. I'm 5 days post op and I am lucky to get 35oz. Is anyone else having problems with it???

My surgery was today at 8:45 and was sent home at 2. I am doing pretty good so far!

I have my surgery the 10th. On my pre op diet now and it's so hard!!! I am feeling nervous and excited????
