Did any of y'all have to do a 10 day liquid diet, and if so how many actually stuck to it, and what helped keep your hunger down beside the shakes?

I have three more day until surgery, I am super excited and wish it would hurry and get here, this 10 day liquid diet is the hardest thing ever!!

Tomato soup and chicken broth and your shakes and jello is all I have had for the last 8 days

You have gas/air I have my surgery Monday, but they have explained this exact thing to us in the classes I attended, and was told to keep gas x on hand that it will help with this issue! -
It took me about 4 days for approval with BCBS

Yes my wife is as tested not long ago for this! It makes you sick everytime you eat or put something in your stomach, so if you don't have those symptoms don't worry you will be fine My surgery is the 24th

Hmmm.. Good question! This is something I guess is optional kinda like the upper GI I had to do for my doctor, I haven't had to do this and as far as I know I won't have to! But one things for sure is I believe I would have rather done the biopsy, that shake they have you drink for the upper GI is nasty!! -

Thanks everyone for the replies, it has definitely been tough, but I do believe I'll make it! I'm just so nervous about the hole 10 day liquid diet, I think it was more of a head game then its actually turning out to actually be but one things for sure is it feels almost like Monday 8/24 won't get here fast enough! But thanks for the support and best of luck to all of yall -
I have been struggling extremely bad with this whole 10 day liquid diet, and suggestions on how not to feel like I am starving? Also how important is it to really follow this? And how many of y'all have failed the liquid diet?
